Back to the ER

Well, the swelling has not gone down, the knuckles are darker, and the skin between the knuckles more pale so we are eating breakfast, packing some stuff to keep us occupied, and back to the ER to get the fit checked. Poor guy. The itching has already started too. Through it all tho, he has continued to amaze me with his wonderful attitude and good humor. He just heard he was going back to the ER and a minute later was coming in laughing to tell me how he had just managed to put on his own sock. He always finds joy in things, a smile in his heart, and a laugh in his soul.
