She had her MRI yesterday and her parents are awaiting the results today. Here's the latest update from her mom (obviously before they got her in for the MRI):
Update 10
No MRI yet. It got delayed/overbooked. It's nervewracking, all the waiting, and we're really realistically expecting brain damage, we just don't know how much. And we realize the MRI will show us a starting point and we'll have to see how her amazing baby brain can reconnect and repair itself. She's definitely showing some signs of brain damage with her reflexive movements. We're having a difficult day mulling all of the possibilities, but we do know that we will get her anything she needs and will get her the best care possible. She will have us and her siblings committed to her. I know we may not have our "old Cici" back, but we will have different Cici and we love her and help her no matter what. She's very special.
