As I sit cross-stitching

It is 6:45a and I'm enjoying the quiet and sitting in my chair working on my cross-stitch when I start to hear the sounds of my oldest 3 stirring. What do I hear next? A loud fart followed by Christopher's loud exclamation of "OMG...Jonathan!" and Matthew's sleepier grumble "gross" to which all is replied by this small impish voice saying "At least I woke Matthew up!" I could hear the grin as he said this.

Ahhhh...the joys of boys. LOL

(from a mom who was very thankful not to have been in the room but safely out of nose shot)

Insight from the Dalai Lama:
The person who has a tremendous reserve of patience and tolerance has a certain degree of tranquility and calmness in his or her life. Such a person is not only happy and more emotionally grounded, but also seems to be physically healthier and to experience less illness. The person possesses a strong will, has good appetite, and can sleep with a clear conscience.

(**This is what I strive for**)

Morning Routine: Done!
