All is right in my driveway again

My beautiful (if desperately in need of a bath inside and out) truck is back in my driveway with a rebuilt transmission and new starter and seems to be much happier. Now it just needs an oil change and a good cleaning and all will be right with it for hopefully a long, long time to come.

Now to try and get everything else back on track again after Matthew's video game survey tomorrow afternoon. This last week has really taken it's toll on our schedule and any hopes of getting things done around the house with all the added appointments and car issues. I'm hoping Matthew's survey will be the last interruption for a while.

Things are still crazy with Mark's work but he has gotten some good advice on how to turn his bit around and is going to be putting all his efforts to that. Please continue praying for him that he is able to do so and figure out what the best path for him will be.

Insight from the Dalai Lama:
The main cause of suffering is egoistic desire for one's own comfort and happiness.

State of my sink: Waiting for the dishwasher to be unloaded and then it will be shiny again.
