The 5th book in the Demon Hunter series. Kate has had to come completely clean to Stuart in the last book and what could have destroyed their marriage has instead made it more, um, interesting. Stuart has decided to quit his political aspirations and thus leave his job. Now he wants to train and lean everything he can, especially since he knows that Eric is still around. Speaking of which, what is a demon-hunter to do when the man she loves has a demon inside him as well? Only Kate Conner could be living this life.
Another fast paced book. Moments of hilarity (try saying no to a toddler) but a lot of stress as Kate and the rest of the family is in a serious time crunch to try and free Eric from the demon that is inside and quickly taking over. Will this be the fight they lose? And even if they win, what will be the cost?
Really love this series although I was a tad disappointed in the ending, if only because we've already been there, done that in the last book.
